No-Cook Green Tea Ice Cream (Matcha Ice Cream Recipe)
This is easy-to-prepare Green Tea Ice Cream with no heating process, recommended to everyone. It’s worth using good-quality green tea powder for this recipe! This is tasty but low fat green tea ice cream recipe.
Let's make green tea ice cream. Place a bowl in ice water and let it cool down. Pour whipping cream into the bowl. Whip the cream with an electric mixer until it turns thick.
Pour milk into a container and add brown sugar and green tea powder. Let the green tea powder sit in the mixture, otherwise it will splash all over the place. Blend the mixture for 30 seconds.
Add the mixture to the whipping cream. Gently stir the mixture without ruining the foam. It doesn't have to look even at this moment.
Keep the freezer bowl in the freezer for enough time before making ice cream. Place the lid on and turn on the switch. Pour the ice cream mixture into the freezer bowl.
The mixture will gradually become smoother as it mixes in the ice cream maker. It will take about 20 minutes until it's ready to serve. If you like the ice cream firmer, place the freezer bowl in the freezer for extra 1 hour after being processed.
Let's serve the green tea ice cream. Turn off the switch and remove the lid. Clean the paddle and remove.
Serve the brown rice flakes in a bowl and add the pre-made shiratama dango. Serve the pre-made anko.
Scoop the green tea ice cream with a spoon. Use another spoon to shape and make two balls. Serve the ice cream and add the brown rice flakes.
Put whipped cream on the ice cream. Finally, garnish with caramel sauce.
There is no heating process for this recipe as requires no egg yolk, making it fuss-free and easy to tackle!
