Ingredients
Caramelized Onion
  • 1 Onion 200g/7.05 oz per onion, 2/3 for meat mixture, 1/3 for onion sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Hamburg Mixture
  • 250 g Ground Beef and Pork beef:pork=7:3
  • 1/3 tsp Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2/3 Caramelized Onion
  • 15 g Panko Japanese breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 Egg small size
Onion Gravy
  • 1/3 Caramelized Onion
  • 50 ml Water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 Garlic Clove grated
  • 10 g Butter
Side Vegetables
  • 150 g Broccoli
  • 1 Potato steamed, 160g/5.64 oz per potato
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tomato
Alternative Sauce
* 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml
