Spaghetti Napolitan Recipe (Japanese-style Pasta)

You are currently viewing Spaghetti Napolitan Recipe (Japanese-style Pasta)

When I was a child, Napolitan pasta was the only spaghetti that was available at local restaurants. This dish is very special for me since it reminds me of my childhood. This is a unique kind of spaghetti served in Japan. Delicious!

Recipe Notes

Napolitan is usually cooked until the pasta gets soft, but you may also have the option to cook al dente.
You may substitute packaged powdered cheese but grated cheese over the sauce brings out the flavor of the pasta.
