Ingredients
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 Egg Yolkbe sure to use a fresh egg or pasteurized egg
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Ripe Bananasliced
  • 1/2 tbsp Syrupor honey
  • 3 Ice Cubes
  • Cinnamon Powderoptional
  • Granolaoptional
* 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml

  1. Let’s make the milk seki. In a blender, combine the milk, fresh egg yolk, vanilla extract, sliced banana and your favorite type of syrup.

  3. Cover with a lid. Pulse several times and then blend the mixture until the ice breaks into small pieces.

This is best served cold during the hot season and it’s great for post workout nutrition.
Make sure to use a fresh egg yolk or pasteurized egg.
We used the syrup made from oligo sugar or oligosaccharides, which will help to maintain your digestive health. Honey, maple syrup or your favorite type of sugar can also be used instead.
