Bean Dry Curry with Ground Meat and Vegetables (Japanese-style Curry without Sauce)

100 g Ground Beef and Pork or single ground meat 60 g Soy Beans boiled 60 g Kidney Beans boiled 60 g Carrots 240 g Onions 2 Green Bell Peppers (Piman) 15 g Ginger Root coarsely chopped 15 g Garlic Cloves coarsely chopped 1 tbsp Curry Powder 100 ml Water 50 g Curry Sauce Mix Olive Oil 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce 1/4 tsp Salt Pepper

2 Onsen Tamago or poached eggs Parsley Leaves chopped Fresh Steamed Rice

The saltiness varies depending on the type of sauce mix so adjust the amount of salt and black pepper to taste.
If your curry sauce mix comes in blocks, shave them into flakes so they dissolve easily.
