  • 30 g Slab Bacon cut into 1cm/0.4" cubes
  • 1 tbsp Cake Flour or All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • Parsley Leaves
