  • 1 Cabbage Leaf 20x15cm/8"x6"
  • 30-40 g Broccoli substitute: baby spinach
  • 30 g Celery Stalk
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 100 ml Water
  • 5-6 Ice Cubes

Recipe Notes

This is refreshing and delicious on its own but if it isn't sweet enough, you can add ripe bananas to make it easier to drink.
You can add honey or soy milk to taste, and should also try other fruit or vegetables in this recipe.
