  • 50 g Aburaage thin deep-fried tofu

  • 50 g Daikon Radish
  • 50 g Shiitake and Shimeji Mushrooms or substitute your favorite type of mushrooms

Thank you for the delicious recipe. So, is it possible to freeze mushrooms? I never tried it before and now I’d love to since I found a place where they sell fresh shiitake (I am in Italy and fresh shiitake are not easy to find!)
