Peach Lassi Recipe (Indian Yogurt Drink)

We are making Lassi using a sweet and juicy peach. This recipe is very simple but it is very refreshing and delicious.

Peach Lassi (Indian Yogurt Drink)

  • 1 Peach approx. 250 g/8.8 oz per piece
  • 150 g Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Ice Cubes
  • Mint Leaves

Instructions

  1. First, peel the peach and cut it into bite-size pieces.
  2. Place the peach pieces into the blender.
  3. Add the plain yogurt, honey, sugar and the lemon juice.
  4. Cover, pulse 5 to 6 times and then blend the ingredients for about 20 to 30 seconds.
  5. Now, it is ready to serve.
  6. Pour the peach lassi into a glass with a few ice cubes.
  7. Finally, garnish with the mint leaves. A classy lassi!

Recipe Notes

Depending on the type of peaches, you can adjust the amount of honey and sugar to taste.
The juicier and riper the peaches are, the more delicious the lassi will be.
You can also freeze the peach slices and make an exquisite peach gelato.
