  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 80 g Onions
  • 200 ml Water
  • 1 Chicken Consomme Cube or chicken bouillon cube
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 2-3 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Crackers
