Chankonabe is an essential diet for sumo wrestlers to gain their weight but it is also a healthy, balanced meal that allows you to enjoy a variety of ingredients, meat, fish, tofu, vegetables and mushrooms.
Shio means salt in Japanese, and the salt-flavored ramen goes excellent with butter.
