  • 2 String Bean Pods
  • 6 Snap Pea Pods
  • 6 pieces Broccoli Florets bite-size
Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Garlic Clove chopped
  • 1 tbsp Bacon chopped
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp New Onions grated
  • 1-1 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
To boil the vegetables
  • 500 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
