When you cook raw salmon, remove the excess water from the surface using a paper towel, lightly salt on both sides and grill it in the oven. (If you are using a multifunctional oven, choose a grill mode.) If you want to cook the salmon in a frying pan, please check our Salmon Yakizuke recipe. You don’t need to sprinkle on flour. Hope this will help you make delicious salmon shioyaki!??
Hi! Are there any other custard/puddings that you know of? I loved your Panna Cotta recipe, as well as your egg puddings and fruit jellies/pudding. I was wondering if there are any other varieties of anything like these that is made in ramekins (or other)? Thank you!
Glad to know you enjoyed many of our dessert recipes.? As for the recipes using ramekins, we have matcha creme brulee and chocolate mousse recipes. For other pudding variations, we have black sesame pudding and pumpkin pudding. You might also enjoy our coffee jelly and no-bake cheesecake recipes.????
