When you cook raw salmon, remove the excess water from the surface using a paper towel, lightly salt on both sides and grill it in the oven. (If you are using a multifunctional oven, choose a grill mode.) If you want to cook the salmon in a frying pan, please check our Salmon Yakizuke recipe. You don’t need to sprinkle on flour. Hope this will help you make delicious salmon shioyaki!??
