Ingredients
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 250ml Soy Milkoriginal unfortified
  • 2tbsp Ground Black Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2tbsp Honeyapprox., to taste
  • 3-4 Ice Cubes

Instructions
  1. Let's make the Healthy Black Sesame Smoothie. Peel the banana, divide it in half and place it into the blender.
  2. Add the soymilk, a nutritious, anti-aging soybean product. You can substitute regular milk if you like.
  3. Add the ground black sesame seeds, which have both dietary and anti-aging benefits.
  4. Add honey to taste.
  5. Finally, drop in about 3 to 4 ice cubes, cover with a lid and turn on the blender.
  6. When the banana is completely blended, it is ready to serve.
  7. Remove the glass pitcher from the blender and pour the smoothie into a glass.
