We are making Lassi using a sweet and juicy peach. This recipe is very simple but it is very refreshing and delicious.
Peach Lassi (Indian Yogurt Drink)
Peachapprox. 250 g/8.8 oz per piece
First, peel the peach and cut it into bite-size pieces.
Place the peach pieces into the blender.
Add the plain yogurt, honey, sugar and the lemon juice.
Cover, pulse 5 to 6 times and then blend the ingredients for about 20 to 30 seconds.
Now, it is ready to serve.
Pour the peach lassi into a glass with a few ice cubes.
Finally, garnish with the mint leaves. A classy lassi!
- Depending on the type of peaches, you can adjust the amount of honey and sugar to taste.
- The juicier and riper the peaches are, the more delicious the lassi will be.
- You can also freeze the peach slices and make an exquisite peach gelato.
