Chicken Rice
50 g Onions coarsely chopped 50 g Chicken diced into 1cm (0.4") pieces or substitute: bacon, ham or sausage 2 Button Mushrooms 30 g Mixed Vegetables substitute: green peas or bell pepper 1 tbsp White Wine or sake 1 1/2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup 150 g Hot Steamed Rice Salt White Pepper
Omelette
2 Eggs 1 tbsp Milk Salt White Pepper 1/2 tbsp Butter
Sauce (serves 3)
150 g Tomato Sauce 150g for 3 people A splash of Soy Sauce
Toppings
Parsley Leaves chopped
