Green Tea Soy Milkshake Recipe (Matcha Soy Milk Seki)

We are making a delicious and healthy Milkshake with matcha and soy milk for those who don’t like the egg yolk in previous milkshake. Surprisingly, the matcha goes great with the soy milk. Delicious! This is great in the hot season.

  1. Let’s make the matcha soy milk seki. First, dilute the matcha green tea powder with a small amount of hot water. Stir to mix. And let it sit to cool.
  2. Now, let’s make the matcha soy milk seki. In a blender, add the soy milk, vanilla extract, dilluted matcha, sliced banana and your favorite type of syrup or honey.
  3. Add the 3 ice cubes.
  4. Cover with a lid. Pulse several times and then blend the mixture until the ice breaks into small pieces.
  5. Spoon the matcha ice cream into the blender.
  6. Pulse 2 or 3 times. Now, it is ready.
  7. Pour the matcha soy milk seki into a glass. Sprinkle on the matcha powder.
  8. And garnish with the granola.
  9. The combination of the small amount of ice cream, matcha and soy milk is very delicious!
Recipe Notes
  • A tip to making this recipe is using ripe bananas, which have a strong aroma and considerable sweetness.
  • If you're not a fan of soy milk, we recommend adding a dash of vanilla extract to mask the flavor of the soybeans.
