Recipe Notes

A tip to making this recipe is using ripe bananas, which have a strong aroma and considerable sweetness.
If you're not a fan of soy milk, we recommend adding a dash of vanilla extract to mask the flavor of the soybeans.

I just tried it and it is very delicious, even without ice cream, which I didn’t have on hand unfortunately. The bitterness of the cheaper matcha that I have was unnoticeable. Refreshing and energizing. I will buy ice cream tomorrow and drink it again. This recipe will become a staple for when I want something sweet and caffeinated.
