Ingredients
  • 200 gr Irisan daging sapi tebal 2mm untuk shabu-shabu
  • 1/2 Bawang Bombay 130 gr untuk 2 orang
  • 5 gr Akar jahe
  • 2 sdm Kecap Asin Jepang (Shoyu)
  • 1 sdm Sake
  • 1 sdm Gula
  • 1 sdm Mirin atau 1/2 sdm gula + 1 sdm sake
  • 100 ml Air
  • 1/2 sdt Kaldu bubuk dashi
  • 2 Telur
  • Beni Shoga (Acar Jahe Merah)
  • Bubuk cabe Sichimi
  • Daun Bawang Biasa
  • Nasi Matang
* 1 sdm = 15 ml, 1 sdt = 5 ml
Instructions
  1. Kita siapkan bahan-bahan untuk Gyudon terlebih dahulu. Potong-potong bombai setebal 1 cm. Pisahkan lapisan-lapisannya dengan jari. Parut akar jahe dan potong kecil-kecil daun bawang.
