Noodles
1 package Yakisoba Noodles 1/3 tbsp Sake or water
Meat and Vegetables
50 g Pork Slices 75 g Moyashi Bean Sprouts 1/2 Cabbage Leaf 1/2 Long Green Onion (Naganegi) 15 g Carrots 1 Garlic Clove 1 tsp Sesame Oil
Yakisoba Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce 1/2-1 tsp Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp Sake or water
Other Ingredients
A sprinkle of Salt A sprinkle of Pepper
Toppings
Aonori Seaweed Beni Shoga pickled ginger Katsuobushi (Bonito Flakes)

A tip to make delicious Yakisoba is to fry at high heat in order to quickly evaporate water.
We used regular yakisoba noodles that can be found in any grocery store in Japan.😊
